After this meaningful journey throughout my worlds and words, I can now share a little part of myself with you. I bid you welcome to my core, where you'll understand something more about the person behind those stories.

I am Flávia Gomes, a junior game writer, and narrative designer.

As you step closer to the writer, you start to know its patterns. I, myself, have a thing or two for epic narratives deeply descriptive and immersive.

I've learned since young with games like Pandemonium or even Diablo that when your narrative makes an impact, everything else keeps up to the challenge. As strong and wise words from respectful white wizards* can stay on your mind for days, months, even years so can the words of a talking sentient stick-puppet.

"You shall not pass" - Gandalf, the grey

"Behold, the comet of infinite possibilities."

Sid, the talking sentient stick-puppet

You may ask why would I want to follow this career path and I can answer you!

You see, the same way artist starts at young ages drawing everywhere, I started creating stories for my dolls - truly dangerous adventures and even creepy ones for a child! I was highly influenced by video games since PlayStation 1: Resident Evil, Donald Duck Going Quackers, Pandemonium, and so on, and that showed off a lot in my stories.

When I reached my teenage years I craved creative writing and found a place at written RPG (much like D&D but you write instead of act as your character!) and, after that, I kept creating tons of characters and their background.

My first career choice was drawing (concept artist) as I thought it was a nice way to make my work alive and tangible (and an intrusive thought that I would never be enough to be a writer or something related) - but after entering college I recognized my meaningful connection with words more than drawing.

The real change came in my second year in college. I joined the team of a small game project as a concept artist - but acted more as a world developer. I started developing the world, characters, and narratives of the game which lead me to join the writer's team - and that gave me life. It was a work I loved to do and inspired me to give my all and best. after learning that could indeed be turned into a fully pledge career path known as a narrative designer & game writer I deep-dived into this world rushing through all the possibilities I could have. and here I am pursuing this possible dream.
